Bracket Maker works offline. There are no accounts, no servers, and your tournaments never leave your phone unless you share them. Effective 2026-10-02.

None. The app does not collect or sell personal information. Your tournaments, the player and team names you type and the scores are stored only on your phone and are never sent to us. Uninstalling the app deletes them. If Android backup is on, Android may include this data in your own Google account’s device backup. When you share standings, a bracket or a backup file, you choose where it goes with your phone’s share sheet.

If you type other players’ names, they stay on your phone. Type only what you need to run the event (a first name or nickname is enough).

The free version shows a banner ad from Google AdMob. Google may collect your device’s advertising ID, approximate IP-based location and usage data to serve and measure ads. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland we ask for your consent before personalized ads are shown. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings. If you buy “Remove ads”, Google Play processes the payment. We never see your card or payment details; the app only asks Google Play whether your Google account owns the purchase and remembers the answer on your phone.

The app is made for adult organizers and is not directed to children under 13.
